Komal works with people to help develop Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence leadership skills through experiential workshops leaving you with easy-to-implement practices that can be incorporated in your everyday life. Her aim is to help people bring out human skills that are innate in every individual.

Cancer Support Group
CANCER SUPPORT GROUP SESSIONS
Uplift's cancer support group sessions are held online every two weeks as a platform to help individuals diagnosed with cancer gather and discuss important topics. Each session will be hosted by an Uplift facilitator providing information in their areas of expertise such as nutrition, stress management, mindfulness and meditation, exercise, etc., and now it pertains to your cancer journey. You will have an opportunity to connect with other individuals, ask your most pressing questions, receive helpful information and receive care and support. Join the Uplift Cancer Support Group to be a part of a safe and supportive community of other individuals on a similar journey.
